Exchange for size/colour:
Readymade Purchases can be exchanged for a different size/colour, depending upon availability.
If desired size/colour in same print/colour/design is not available, we will issue a credit note(redeemable upto a year).
There is no exchange on discounted products.
Any manufacturing defect is eligible for an exchange/credit note depending upon availability of the product.
Wrong product/size shipped is eligible for exchange.
For product exchange, we will generate pick up from our end, please note the return shipment cost will be borne by the customer. Our team will update you about the same.
Exchanges are accepted only once and any incremental price difference will be borne by the customer.
We do not do refunds on any product.

Exchange requests have to be placed within 3 days of receiving the package. We will assess the issue and get back to you with a solution within 24-48 hours.
All return/echange products to be returned with tags, original packaging and in unused condition. Upon receipt and checks by our teams, we will replace it with the right product, or a store credit will be issued.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS : There is no exchange on customised products.
We will take one time alterations on any customized product. Shipping will be borne by the customer.
Please note by purchasing from TREY, a unit of KRTI CREATIONS, you as the buyer agree to our shopping terms, conditions and policies.
Please ensure that the exchanged merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.
We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the tags. TREY, KRTI CREATIONS holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by customer.
